How to file a complaint and claim form

• Select the car park from the drop-down menu. This will display the PDF of the complaint form for your location.
• Download the PDF and fill it out – you can do this directly on your device or print it out and fill it out by hand.
• Once ready, save or scan the form and upload it in the «Attach file» field.
• Click "Submit" to finish.
